The platform processes information necessary to authenticate approved participants, associate presentations with accepted papers, receive and manage submissions, and publish approved presentations.
Google and YouTube API Services
The platform uses Google API Services, including YouTube API Services, to upload conference presentation videos to the official LKE YouTube channel. Access is authorized by a conference administrator. Authors are not granted access to the conference Google or YouTube account.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Storage and security
Presentation files may be stored temporarily while validated, queued or transferred. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect platform accounts, submitted materials, credentials and administrative integrations.
